The Industrial and Provident Societies Acts, which apply mainly to co-operative societies, are being reviewed in connection with the Governments Better Regulation Programme. Views are invited from the public concerning the operation of the current legislation. To assist persons wishing to make a submission, a consultation paper has been prepared and is available below:
