Personnel, Learning and Development Unit is responsible for the management of the human resources function within the Department, including staff recruitment, terms and conditions of service and staff training and development.
The Unit is also responsible for ensuring that Government policy in relation to staffing, pay and other terms and conditions of employment of staff in the semi-State bodies under the aegis of the Department is adhered to.
