Role of the Management Support Unit
The role of Management Support Unit is to provide high-level professional support and advice across the Department in key support areas in order that the Department can meet its business goals and continue to be at the forefront of the Transforming Public Services (TPS) agenda. The Unit seeks to achieve this mission through supporting the cohesive and effective management of the Department and driving the implementation of the key requirements of the TPS agenda across the Department and our Agencies.
