Companies Registration Office Forms Now Available on Disk
Mr. Noel Treacy, T.D., Minister for Science, Commerce and Technology today (Thursday 28th October, 1999) congratulated the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the Companies Registration Office for producing a computer disk containing all forms used by the Office.
Minister Treacy said “this is a very worthwhile example of co-operation between the public and private sectors which has resulted in a product which will help solicitors, accountants and other providers of company secretarial services, to have a copy of all Companies Registration Office forms readily to hand at all times. No longer will stocks of such forms have to be ordered and maintained in hard copy. Now everyone will have an up to date form which can be easily filled in on the screen, printed off and furnished to the Companies Registration Office as required.”
“ The next step will be to move a system where these are capable of being filled out on a computer screen and filed electronically with the Companies Registration Office,” Minister Treacy said.
