Harney clears Valentia acquisition of Eircom.

Mary Harney, Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, announced today (Thursday 1 November, 2001) that she has cleared the takeover by Valentiaof Eircom under national mergers and takeovers legislation.
