About Carillion IT

Carillion Canada, based in Toronto, is best known for its success in the field of P3 (Public-Private Partnership) projects – particularly in the healthcare sector, where we are the largest provider of non-clinical hospital services in Canada. Less well-known, perhaps is the scale of Carillion’s roads management activities. In Canada, where winter snow clearing is vital to keeping the economy moving and our roads as safe as possible for drivers, Carillion plays a major role. Through its subsidiary TWD Roads Management, Carillion is the largest provider of roads management services in Ontario and, as Carillion Alberta, the largest roads management contractor in the West.
