The list of military goods subject to export licensing requirements is specified in the Control of Exports (Goods and Technology) Order 2009 (PDF, 205KB).

An application form for a licence to export Military Goods can also be found below. Print it off, complete, sign and return to:

• The Export Licensing Unit, The Department of Enterprise, Trade & Employment, Earlsfort Centre, Lr. Hatch Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.

All applications for the export of military goods must be accompanied by an End Use Certificate unless the country of final destination is another EU Member State. If so, we will accept an International Import Certificate issued by the competent national authority. We will only begin to process your application once we have received all the necessary information. The template for the End Use Certificate is available as a word document below.
