The Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation sought the views of stakeholders on a proposal from the European Commission for a Regulation to update the EU’s Generalised Scheme of Tariff Preferences (GSP Scheme).

Stakeholders were invited to examine the draft Regulation and the European Commission’s Impact Assessment, and to submit comments.
