Online Export Licensing Application System (OELAS)
This facility allows exporters to submit applications for an export licence online and any necessary attachments i.e. end use certificate.
Our online export licensing system is available to exporters who have registered with the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Innovation and have been authorised to use the system.
If you do not wish to avail of the OELAS facility, please click on the link below and complete an Exporter Profile Form and/or licence application from. The completed form/s should be forwarded to the Licensing Unit, Department of Enterprise, Trade and Innovation, Earlsfort Centre, Lower Hatch Street, Dublin 2.
Registration/Login to use OELAS
To register or login to use OELAS please click on the registration/login link below. Please note that if you have previously registered with the Licensing Unit in the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Innovation, you are still required to register as an OELAS user.
You will be required to provide information on your company, details of authorised officers, the type of product intended for export and information on any agents authorised to act on your behalf.
If we approve your company to use OELAS, each authorised officer/agent will be issued with an email authorisation, containing a username and password. A letter containing a PIN will be issued to each authorised officer/agent after approval.
