Charles River Opens Global Managed Services Centre in Dublin - Minister Bruton

Charles River, an enterprise-wide, front- and middle-office investment management solution provider, has opened a new Managed Services office in Dublin to meet growing global demand for SaaS-based operations. The Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, through IDA Ireland, worked closely with Charles River to secure this expansion.

Minister Bruton launches €88 million SFI research centre, bringing new insights to Data Analytics

The Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Mr Richard Bruton T.D. and Minister for Research and Innovation, Mr Sean Sherlock T.D. today [Thursday] officially launched Insight, a new Science Foundation Ireland (SFI) Research Centre for Data Analytics. In a joint initiative between DCU, NUI Galway, UCC and UCD, Insight, and other partner institutions, brings together more than 200 researchers from these and other Higher Education institutions, with 30 industry partners, to position Ireland at the heart of global data analytics research.

Axway Expands R&D Centre of Excellence in Ireland

Axway, a market leader in governing the flow of data, has today [Wednesday] announced its commitment to the Irish economy by expanding its R&D Centre of Excellence based in Dublin. The move will immediately provide 15 software engineering jobs in the area and continue to grow over the years.
