Enterprise Exporting, Innovation and Productivity

The Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation with Enterprise Ireland have completed a two year research programme on “Enterprise Exporting, Innovation and Productivity” in cooperation with the ESRI.

In summary, the research findings from the programme highlight that diversifying export products and markets plays a major role in driving growth for domestic firms and that investing in knowledge-based capital can help firms increase productivity performance.
